Location : the hotel was so close to San Antonio as well as the airport. It was good to be 1 mile away from Frontier Burger, serving short-orders. Bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was reasonably large.

The location of the hotel was great, in the middle of jackson. There were a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Magic Time Machine that was only 15 minutes' walk away. The room was reasonably large and huge and the bed exceptionally comfortable. It met expectations.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the spotless bathroom and floor. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and we particularly enjoyed the convenience of the transportation service to the airport, which was located very close to the hotel. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, and we found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

The room at Homewood Suites was incredibly spacious and had a convenient kitchenette. I loved that I had plenty of space to relax and even cook my own meals. Additionally, the hotel itself was beautiful and located conveniently near several restaurants.
Although my overall stay was great, I did encounter a minor inconvenience. One day, an employee came to my room to check if the key worked, even though I was already inside.

Our family had a great stay at this hotel. The convenient location near the airport and shuttle service were also a big plus. having a washer/dryer in our room proved to be very useful.
Although our room was large and well-equipped, we did find some cleanliness issues during our stay. We discovered ants in the kitchen and trash under the bed, and there were hair in the shower and stained bedspread/towels.

During our Xmas break, we stayed at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. They had free breakfast with bacon and eggs which was great, and they also offered a shuttle service to the airport. the location was very convenient and close to various dining options. The staff was friendly and helpful which made our stay comfortable.
The only negative aspect we experienced was the pool being extremely cold. We were hoping for a warm indoor swim, but it was too cold to enjoy.
